Booking & Prices

We have a simple pricing structure. We charge GBP600 per day for the vehicle and the services of the driver/guide.

How to make your booking

Email us for any further information that you may require and to check our availability on your chosen dates. We will give you a provisional booking for your chosen dates, while you check hotel availability and confirm your hotel booking. Once your accommodation is confirmed we will send you an email invoice for your deposit payment.

Remember that your first tour day will be the day after you arrive at your accommodation.

If you would like to visit Highclere Castle, Highgrove Gardens or do a Stonehenge Stone Circle Access visit, please advise us at time of booking.

Pay Deposit

When you are ready to confirm your booking we ask for a deposit by credit/debit card. We will send an email invoice via Square requesting payment. Your deposit is not refundable or transferable. No booking form is required but please let us have names and addresses of all the people in your party. If you wish to travel to a location not listed on the website or any of the overnight away visits, please advise us at the time of booking. Please also advise us at time of booking if you have any special dietary or mobility requirements.

Pay the balance

When your balance is due, this will be 60 days prior to the start of your stay, we will contact you via email with details of the balance due and send an email invoice. We will acknowledge receipt of your payments by email. If you book within 60 days of your arrival date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

How are my advance payments protected?

We operate in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations. In order to protect you, all monies received by us are held in a secure trust account and are not available to us until the end of your stay and until we have fulfilled our contract with you. This means that in the unlikely event of our financial failure, your funds are protected and would be returned to you.
