Plumber Manor
Plumber Manor defines ‘Dorset country hotels’; a country house that’s also a hotel, owned and managed by true country people. Plumber was built by Charles Brune in the early 17th century and has remained a family home of the Prideaux-Brunes ever since.
The hotel is very much run as a family affair; Richard is front of house and the ultimate host, alongside his wife Alison and brother Brian, who accompanied by Head Chef Louis, know exactly how to look after you. The family team will make you feel at home with their genuine hospitality.

The Inn underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2017, resurrecting the beautiful Georgian Coaching Inn to its former splendour. With 27 well-appointed bedrooms, some with Georgian theming, a beautiful outside patio, a separate dining room and further pantry and common room seating areas, the inn is very much the focal point of the town.
